Nice layout and very spacious home with an open floor plan. We loved the pool area, pickleball and the theater room. Short drive to Clearwater Beach. Definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Staying at this property was great. Clean house (no shoes rule), lots of kitchen appliances available, the pool was clean and the outside seating area. Very tiny lizards that didn’t bother anyone at all. The house stayed nice and cool in the hot temps. Ping pong table in the garage provided entertainment. Responsive host, someone also came and put the trash out for us on trash day. It seems like all concerns in prior reviews had been addressed prior to our stay. The backdoor locked perfectly, corn hole bags were replenished. I will mention that the outdoor rug was a little moldy and appeared to have cigarette burns in it from ppl ashing outside of a tray, but it didn’t stop us from utilizing the space. Loved the tiki hut! The upstairs bathroom could probably use some aesthetic repairs (some moldiness in the shower/loose tile on the floor.) Overall really happy with our stay, would recommend.

we were 2 families at the house with 5 children for a full week. The house is brand new, the pool and hot tub were amazing and the host were super responsive and flexible. We all highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay. The home exceeded expectations. It was extremely clean with modern furnishings. Screened-in heated pool was an added benefit. Neighbors were friendly. Very short drive to beach and restaurants. We will be rebook for our next visit!

The backyard is absolutely wonderful. The pool is heated and good sized. The tiki hut is awesome to hang out at. Inside, it's an improved older home but checks the boxes you need. ~10 minutes from the beach to easily catch sunsets. The house has beach chairs and an umbrella to use.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! From the heated pool, cleanliness and comfort of the house, and responsiveness from our host. The house was brand new, as described in listing, and everything we needed for a great stay and more! Having Gulf Blvd so close was an added bonus for beach access and great restaurants!

Home felt clean and cozy. Very well organized and spacious. Hot tub is an added bonus! Close to Indian Rocks Beach & a fairly close ride to Clearwater area. Highly recommend!

We really enjoy the house lots of space perfect for us during our trip. He was very helpful anytime I had a question he responded fairly quickly. I will hopeful stay here again in the future.

Stay here was great, perfect amount of space for my group of people. The location was great, private but still close to everything. Host was super responsive and friendly, even allowed us to even extend our stay with no issues. I’d definitely stay here again. Ping pong table was super fun and backyard was nice. It was as described, just normal wear and tear. Only thing was the backyard activities such as floats and bean toss were missing pieces/damaged. Overall, great stay and cant wait to come back.
