Very nice home very spacious!!! The kids loved it the pool was nice and warm on chilled nights we loved the golf course we literally had a golf tournament before coming here so we loved the golf section we love the kitchen and dining table very convenient the outback was my favorite we didn’t do much cause we had everything we needed the location was great we had a competition in Tampa fl and it wasn’t that far 30 minutes too definitely enjoyed ourself

This was my favorite airbnb by far!! The house is beautiful, luxurious, and brand new. We loved the backyard, the pool, and hot tub. The kids had so much fun at the pool, they didn't want to get out!!
The area is lovely and everything is close by. Nguyen was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. We loved our stay and 100% recommend to stay here 😍

Very clean and tidy house in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was a nice added extra. Host was very quick to respond when we needed to extend our stay as well. Overall great experience!

Wonderful host. The house was an easy maybe 10 minute drive to Indian Rocks Beach. House was near good shopping and restaurants. House was very clean. The heated pool and games in backyard were fun.

Nice layout and very spacious home with an open floor plan. We loved the pool area, pickleball and the theater room. Short drive to Clearwater Beach. Definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Staying at this property was great. Clean house (no shoes rule), lots of kitchen appliances available, the pool was clean and the outside seating area. Very tiny lizards that didn’t bother anyone at all. The house stayed nice and cool in the hot temps. Ping pong table in the garage provided entertainment. Responsive host, someone also came and put the trash out for us on trash day. It seems like all concerns in prior reviews had been addressed prior to our stay. The backdoor locked perfectly, corn hole bags were replenished. I will mention that the outdoor rug was a little moldy and appeared to have cigarette burns in it from ppl ashing outside of a tray, but it didn’t stop us from utilizing the space. Loved the tiki hut! The upstairs bathroom could probably use some aesthetic repairs (some moldiness in the shower/loose tile on the floor.) Overall really happy with our stay, would recommend.

we were 2 families at the house with 5 children for a full week.
The house is brand new, the pool and hot tub were amazing and the host were super responsive and flexible. We all highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay. The home exceeded expectations. It was extremely clean with modern furnishings. Screened-in heated pool was an added benefit. Neighbors were friendly. Very short drive to beach and restaurants. We will be rebook for our next visit!

The backyard is absolutely wonderful. The pool is heated and good sized. The tiki hut is awesome to hang out at. Inside, it's an improved older home but checks the boxes you need. ~10 minutes from the beach to easily catch sunsets. The house has beach chairs and an umbrella to use.
